Dynamic and results-driven sales role focused on expanding our client base across Poland and Europe.
You’ll lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals — while building lasting relationships and collaborating with operations to deliver top-quality results.
Yours responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities in Poland and across Europe.
Manage the full sales process: prospecting, negotiations, contract preparation, and deal closure.
Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms with both new and existing clients.
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and collaboration.
Cooperate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports on progress against targets.
Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Wymagania
Our expectations:
Solid B2B sales experience in the construction industry (preferably scaffolding and insulation services).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English for business communication (written and spoken).
High level of independence, responsibility, and result orientation.
Ability to work remotely with weekly availability for meetings in Gdansk.
Category B driving license.
