Dynamic and results-driven sales role focused on expanding our client base across Poland and Europe.

You’ll lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals — while building lasting relationships and collaborating with operations to deliver top-quality results.

Yours responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities in Poland and across Europe.

  • Manage the full sales process: prospecting, negotiations, contract preparation, and deal closure.

  • Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms with both new and existing clients.

  • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and collaboration.

  • Cooperate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports on progress against targets.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Wymagania

Our expectations:

  • Solid B2B sales experience in the construction industry (preferably scaffolding and insulation services).

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English for business communication (written and spoken).

  • High level of independence, responsibility, and result orientation.

  • Ability to work remotely with weekly availability for meetings in Gdansk.

  • Category B driving license.
