FACILITY AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job description

  • Manage warehouse operations: storage, distribution, issuing of tools& personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees;

  • Oversee fleet management: maintenance, inspections, documentation and cost optimization;

  • Manage employee accommodation: inspections and overall control;

  • Welcome and assist employees arriving on business trips;

  • Consult employees on facility- related matters and help in resolving day today issues;

  • Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives by generating and implementing ideas;

  • Administer the Belgium office (documentation, supplier relations, service coordination);

  • Cooperate with other departments and carry out tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job requirements

  • Have no problems communicating in english and russian languages (speaking and writting);

  • Have a strong organizational, time planning skills and feeling comfortable making desicions;

  • Are flexible, able to work in a team, and like working with people in multicultural enviroment;

  • Are a great negotiator, patient and responsible person;

  • Have a higher education and a category B driver's license;

  • Have at least 1 year experience in Scaffolding/insulating industries- big advantage;

  • Are able to work on a business trips (preliminary schedule 12 weeks/2 weeks).
