Job description

To control and manage warehouse (ordering goods, managing balances, inspecting records, etc.)
To maintain and control accommodation (communicating with agencies and employees in solving problems, controling of completed works, etc.)
To maintain a car park (registering addressed issues, organizing repairs, communicating with the transport department and employees in solving problems, registering permits in the "low emission zone", etc.)
To organize employees planning in the projects (successfully entering employees to the projects: helping with tests, documents). Communicating with clients on daily questions, toolbox, etc.)
To consult employees in daily questions and problem solving (all kind of assistance to employees in solving problems: familiarizing with work rules of procedure, transporting from/to airports/medical institutions, etc.).
To be actively involved in generating ideas for processes efficiency.
To administrate Belgium office.
To do other tasks assigned of the direct manager.

Job requirements

WE HOPE YOU:

Have no problems communicating in english and russian languages (speaking and writing).
Have a strong organizational, time planning skills and feeling comfortable making desicions.
Are flexible, able to work in a team, and like working with people in multicultural environment.
Are a great negotiator, patient and responsible person.
Have a higher education and a category B driver's license.
Have at least 1 year experience in scaffolding/insulating industries.
Are local (BE/NL) or able to work on a business trips (Preliminary schedule 12 weeks/2 weeks).
